Our Founder - Ms. Shreya Shetty, MASLP

 Ms. Shreya Shetty is a highly experienced Paediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over 21 years of clinical experience in the assessment and management of communication disorders in children. She holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) and is a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

A passionate clinician, educator, and entrepreneur, Ms. Shetty is among the early pioneers who established dedicated private paediatric speech therapy services in Bangalore. She is the Founder and Director of Vivikta Clinic for Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy and the Co-Founder of Evolve Paediatric Therapy Services, Jayanagar, both of which are committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based intervention services for children with developmental and communication needs.

Over the past two decades, she has worked extensively with children presenting with a wide range of developmental and communication challenges, with particular expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) — areas that remain her primary clinical interests.

In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Shetty serves as a Guest Faculty at various Speech and Hearing institutions, mentoring aspiring Speech-Language Pathologists and contributing to professional education. She has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and actively participates in continuing education to remain updated with the latest research and evidence-based practices.

Her professional training includes certifications in internationally recognized approaches such as PROMPT, Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), Social Thinking, The Hanen Program, DIR-based interventions, and several other advanced paediatric therapy methodologies.

Under her leadership, Vivikta Clinic and Evolve Paediatric Therapy Services have become trusted centres for children and families seeking specialized support in speech, language, social communication, feeding, learning, sensory processing, and developmental challenges. She strongly believes in multidisciplinary collaboration, family-centered care, and evidence-based intervention that focuses on meaningful outcomes for every child.
